Ed was a long-time Robot Group member who owned and operated Oak Hill Laser in Austin, Texas.
Although Ed has yet to build an actual robot, he did provided assistance to a number of the members on their own projects.
Ed designed the infamous funnel cake cooker, which Rick Abbott arranged to have welded. He also helped coordinate and plan activities for the 2005 & 2006 Eeyore’s Birthday Party funnel cake cooking and sales.

The prominent rectangular object just outside his right foot is the 3D CNC Mill which was the proud work of Tom Morin, Rick Abbott, Don Colbath and others.
